As an Account Executive, Client Services, you will oversee the successful implementation of existing client SOWs, coordinate internal and external resources, and provide day-to-day communication with clients. You will troubleshoot, remain cool under pressure, and communicate concisely and effectively to keep clients and internal teams informed and organized.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ of client services experience
- 1+ year of agency or pharmaceutical advertising experience
- Good working knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industries and scientific communications
- Ability to travel as needed for up to 40% of the time
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, WebEx (or other similar systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to retain and protect confidential client and company information
