Job Description
The Senior Program Manager manages the delivery of homeowner services for the NYSERDA Clean Energy Hub in Brooklyn and the Bronx, and other related energy efficiency programs for the Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in a mission-driven organization
- 1 year of managerial responsibilities at a non-profit organization or a postgraduate degree in a related field
- Experience in affordable housing, energy technologies, climate policies, and initiatives, climate effects on health, and/or related subjects
- Proven ability to deliver complex programs
- Highly organized, results-driven manager
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
