Senior Project Manager role in the Capital Program Department, responsible for the implementation of design and construction projects worth $100 million+.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban planning, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in architecture, construction, real estate development, owner's representation, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through completion
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency and experience with scheduling software preferred
