Job Description
The Center for Family Life is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish Case Manager/Family Development Coach to provide case management services to families in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
Requirements
- AA degree in Psychology, Sociology or a related field; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Relevant case management experience working with families in low-income urban communities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and group work skills
