Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, or equivalent professional experience)
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Chinese, Mandarin, French, Creole, etc.)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
