Senior Engineer, ERP Application Support

The Center for Elders’ Independence is seeking a Senior Engineer – Finance to oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of mission-critical financial applications within the organization.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to gather and understand requirements for financial systems
• Translate requirements into technical solutions that enhance efficiency and meet regulatory standards
• Manage systems integrations and troubleshoot complex issues to drive continuous improvements in financial technology stack
• Ensure all financial applications are built with robust security measures in place to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and priorities effectively
• Create and maintain technical documentation for application configurations, integrations, and system workflows
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, troubleshooting any challenges and answering questions related to the applications
