We are seeking a skilled and motivated Principal Enterprise Application Lead to join our team.

Requirements

• System Management: Lead the configuration strategy and optimization of the financial and human resource systems, ensuring their availability, functionality, and integration with other clinical and administrative systems.
• Upgrades & Enhancements: Ensure that all updates align with the organization’s operational goals and compliance requirements.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure that financial and human resource systems remain compliant with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, as well as relevant industry standards for data security, privacy, and interoperability.
• Innovation & Strategic Planning: Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually improve the financial and human resource systems.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology suppliers, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual agreements.
