Specialist, IT Infrastructure

The Specialist, IT Infrastructure will install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the site's operating environment, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of the infrastructure.

Requirements

• Good ability to plan projects and tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment.
• Deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 (M365) environments.
• Building and deploying file servers and cloud computing solutions (Azure);
• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure service management & diagnostic tools and processes
• Advanced knowledge of end-point security management tools and processes
• Experience handling network security issues (viruses, malware, social engineering)
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure asset lifecycle management
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Vendor Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+. MCSA or MCSE.
