Management Associate (EP), Leadership Development Program (LDP)

Con Edison is seeking a Management Associate (EP) for their Leadership Development Program (LDP). This 18-month rotational program introduces recent graduates to the energy industry through a combination of rotational assignments and on-going coaching, culminating in potential permanent positions. The program focuses on developing critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills while offering a supportive environment for growth. Graduates have previously matriculated into leadership roles at ConEdison.
