Job Description
E&K is seeking a Field Leadership - Foreman / Superintendent 1 to direct and supervise a commercial team, manage crews of over 30 employees, and ensure high-quality products and services.
Requirements
- Completed 30-hour OSHA training
- Completed field management training
- Ability to effectively manage crews of over 30 employees
- Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, materials, equipment and personnel
- Knowledge of mathematics, including additions, subtractions, multiplications, divisions, fractions, and decimals
- Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam, OST, and Quick Bid
- Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly
- Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and/or stilts
- Ability to read detailed plans and specifications (blueprints) and comply with construction codes
