We are seeking a Field Leadership - Foreman / Superintendent to lead and supervise a commercial team in a consistent and frequent manner, directing more than 30 employees and overseeing multiple businesses.

Requirements

• Completed 30-hour OSHA training
• Completed field management training
• Ability to effectively manage crews of more than 30 employees
• Knowledge and ability to supervise the use of all tools, materials, equipment and personnel
• Knowledge of mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and decimals
• Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam, OST and quick offer
• Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and express oneself clearly
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and/or stilts
• Ability to read detailed plans and specifications (blueprints) and comply with building codes
