Industrial Project Manager - Substation/Utilities

CDM Smith Industrial Division is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility clients and project teams on design projects, including consulting, engineering, design-build, and EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with project engineering teams and the ability to successfully lead utility clients and project teams in the implementation of power grid upgrades and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Managing small to large complex engineering projects within the Utility Market
• Leading and managing a team to develop scope, schedule, and budget
• Leading and managing a multi-discipline engineering and compliance team
• Managing quality, risk, schedule, and change management
• Serving as a mentor and leader of multi-discipline project teams
• Performing and leading technical problem solving with a team of multi-discipline engineers
