Industrial Project Manager - Substation/Utilities

CDM Smith is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering teams on design projects in the utility market, including T&D, substation, generation, and civil works projects for utilities in California.

Requirements

• Manage small to large complex engineering projects
• Lead and manage a team to develop scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage quality, risk, schedule, and change management
• Serve as a mentor and leader of multi-discipline project teams
• Perform and lead technical problem solving
• Serving as the main client contact and liaison during project execution
• Identifying opportunities with existing clients
• Applying experience and innovation to solve problems of high complexity
