Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pines Terra Manor in Spokane, WA. As a Jr Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility, handling cleaning duties, and performing landscaping tasks. Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance technician experience
- Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Computer literacy required
- Landscaping and cleaning experience helpful
- A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position.
