Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean our facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds. The role requires solid maintenance knowledge and skills, with experience in property management being helpful. Requirements

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required
• An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required
• A valid and current driver’s license is required for this position
