Platform Administration Manager (CMS)

CCA Global Partners is seeking a Platform Administration Manager to oversee the technical management and day-to-day operations of our content management system, web platform, and related integrated technologies. The role will involve providing technical support to clients and the internal CCA For Social Good team, managing platform promotional activities, and shaping the direction and future enhancements of Shared Resources Products.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client technical inquiries
• Provide ongoing support with content updates and resolve issues as they arise
• Guide new clients through the site development process and deliver training on administrative and content management tasks
• Lead the development and execution of the website engagement strategy
• Manage multimedia content and video production and coordinate the deployment of e-newsletters and other platform promotional materials
• Manage, edit, and maintain website content
• Collect and analyze website data and analytics
