Inventory Assistant Manager

Catbird is looking for an Inbound/Inventory Assistant Manager to support and lead our warehouse team. The role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining high levels of accuracy, productivity, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
• Time management and follow-up skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to lift and move products as needed and work in a warehouse environment
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Warehouse experience; with knowledge in inventory tasks
• Leadership and team development experience
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Proficiency in basic math that is required to handle operational tasks and to understand reporting data
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with computers including utilizing shortcuts, software applications/programs like Google Workspace and warehouse and order management software
