CarOnSale is a start-up in Berlin that enables smooth digital processes in the automotive trade across Europe. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Salesforce engineers and drive the expansion and optimization of our Salesforce environment.
Requirements
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce engineers
- Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier talent
- Scaling Orgs: Utilize experience in scaling organizations to drive the expansion and optimization of our Salesforce environment
- Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute Salesforce strategies
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and best practices
