Job Description
ZenBusiness is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Salesforce and Automation Engineering teams, driving internal operations and customer experience. This hands-on technical leader will oversee a distributed team of engineers, focusing on scalability, reliability, and alignment with company strategy. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Systems and is fully remote.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software or systems engineering
- 3+ years in a management or lead role
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, development, and governance
- Lead a distributed team with full-time and nearshore contractors
