Account Manager - West

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for supporting sales growth, onboarding and servicing surgeons’ clinics, and enhancing customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be located in the western United States.

Requirements

• Support surgeon acquisition and adoption
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinic staff
• Ensure timely collection of all required imaging and pre-surgical patient information
• Maintain aprevo Certified Provider (aCP) user base
• Partner with sales directors and marketing to drive awareness
• Communicate timely information to stakeholders
• Update and maintain the CRM system daily
