Career Team is a workforce development organization seeking a Career Advisor to provide counseling, case management, and follow-up services to job seekers. This on-site position is crucial for Accelerating the Human Condition and focuses on accelerating the human condition and achieving measurable outcomes. Requirements

• Provide information and case management services to the community
• Assess jobseekers’ employment and training needs
• Serve as a liaison between workforce development programs and community partners
• Enter data into and use various participant information systems
• Guide job seekers through the preparation of individual employment plans
• Counsel clients on available job opportunities, training programs, and other services
• Refer individuals to appropriate services and follow up
• Conduct orientation sessions
• Meet and/or exceed program benchmarks
• Maintain accurate individual case files
