Job Description

They are seeking a Bilingual Career Advisor/ Workforce Case Manager to provide counseling, case management, and follow-up services to the community. The role involves using technology to streamline workflows and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
