Job Description
Capmo is a construction project management software company seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise and mid-market clients. The role involves overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, analyzing usage data, and developing solutions to maximize customer success and sustainable growth. Capmo transforms construction with its innovative software platform, simplifying project management for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers, ideally in the construction, PropTech, or Construction-Tech industry.
- Strategic and hands-on skills - managing relationships at C-Level and simultaneously managing operations.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and AI (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
