Requirements

• Completed higher education with a successful track record
• Several years of professional experience in consulting financial services companies and/or in the banking sector
• Extensive knowledge of project management, creation of business analyses or technical concepts, and leadership of complex projects and project teams
• Excellent industry and process knowledge, i.e. knowledge of banking business, current market environment, processes, and supporting technologies like NICE Actmize, HotScan, or Fenergo
• Proven success in acquiring consulting projects and an active network in the banking sector
• Highly team-oriented and possess a very high level of initiative, engagement, and decisiveness
• Fluent German and English skills
• Unrestricted mobility in the (inter-)national area
