Job Description
Capco is seeking experienced Regulatory Change Management Consultants to join their FRRF capability, focusing on trade and transaction reporting for financial institutions. Consultants will help them navigate complex regulations and deliver change programmes impacting MiFID, EMIR, CSDR, and other standards. The role involves designing target states, performing impact assessments, and delivering regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Capital markets knowledge
- Product understanding of OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, and Equities
- Experience delivering change programs to transaction reporting regulations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Skilled understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting architectures
