Job Description
Capco is seeking a Lead IT Solution Designer to join their Technology & Engineering practice. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation for Tier 1 financial institutions, working directly with clients on mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with solution design and strong alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing end-to-end IT solutions.
- Strong background in solution design within financial institutions (Tier 1 banks ideal).
- Hands-on experience with modern architecture paradigms (microservices, event-driven, APIs).
- Ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
