Job Description
A high-growth SaaS organisation operating across ANZ is seeking an experienced People Partner to provide stability and leadership across core people operations during a period of transition.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in HR, ideally in a Senior People Partner / HRBP role
- Experience working standalone and comfortable flexing between admin and more complex work
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable — experience in technology or high-growth environments is a bonus
