Requirements

• Drafting, reviewing, and updating HR and P&D policies to ensure alignment with legislation and industry standards.
• Conducting research into employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Interpreting and applying the Legal Services Award, including time and attendance, wage compliance, and entitlements.
• Supporting employee relations case management, including disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, note-taking, and preparation of findings.
• Contributing to compliance reporting, including WGEA submissions, audits, risk registers, and compliance trackers.
• Analysing compliance data and preparing reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Assisting with broader compliance and systems projects, including HRIS improvements and quality assurance initiatives.
• Providing guidance to P&D Advisors and Business Partners on compliance, award interpretation, and workplace relations processes.
• Supporting health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives as required.
