Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead our entire employee lifecycle, driving cultural initiatives, and fostering a high-performance workplace. This role requires a hands-on approach combined with strategic leadership, ensuring day-to-day HR operations and long-term workforce planning align with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior HR generalist, ideally within an SME and with exposure to software development
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including expertise in complex case management
- Commercial mindset, contributing to leadership discussions and driving business success through people strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and advisory skills, with the ability to coach and support the CEO and senior stakeholders
- A proactive, improvement-focused approach, consistently seeking ways to refine processes and enhance workplace culture
