Reservations Agent

Canaves Collection is seeking a Reservations Agent to join their team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves handling reservations, managing client inquiries, and providing personalized assistance. The company specializes in luxury properties in Greece, including Canaves Ena, Oia Suites & Spa, and Sunday Suites.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
• Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Greek language is preferred
• Knowledge of a third language is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, hotel reservation systems, and online booking platforms
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
