Job Description
The Head of Treasury, Capital and Risk Solutions is responsible for managing surplus liquidity, cash flow, and financial risks across the division with multiple subsidiaries. The role ensures strategic alignment, accurate analysis, and timely insights to support executive and board-level decision-making.
Requirements
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and investment oversight
- Knowledge of regulatory capital frameworks and risk reporting requirements
- Ability to present complex insights to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional multi-location teams
- Experience with treasury technology platforms is considered an asset
