We are seeking a Benefits Manager, Disability (Bilingual) in Montreal, QC. As a Disability Benefits Manager, you will proactively manage insurance disability claims and develop management plans for claims and return-to-work plans during periods of disability.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (French and English mastery)
- Experience or training in health and well-being, disability and life insurance or health insurance, injury-related claims or customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great listening skills and communication skills in a customer-focused environment
- Well-established planning, organization, and time management skills
- Solid decision-making skills focused on solutions
- Excellent team spirit and ability to work independently
- Technology mastery – ability to adapt and mastery of new programs/systems
- Reliability rating and security clearance
