Bilingual (Fr/En) Account Executive, Group Retirement Savings

Account Executive responsible for driving business development, growth, and retention with consultant houses and WRS clients. The role requires strong relationships building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Group Retirement Savings in a business development or client relationship management role
• Bilingualism (fluent in French and English)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated skills as a collaborator, negotiator and partner with business areas internal and external
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several priorities, and meeting tight deadlines
• Effective time management and strong problem-solving skills
