Senior Account Manager, Collective Retirement Services (Bilingual) responsible for fostering growth, development, and retention of business with consulting firms and key clients in the Workplace Retirement Savings industry.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with plan sponsors and consulting firms across the country
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve annual sales targets
• Manage the sales process from request for service proposals to presentations to shortlisted bidders
• Provide expert guidance to consultants, plan sponsors, implementation management, and customer service staff
• Promote other products and services to consultants, plan sponsors, and customer service staff
