Executive Director – Residential and Case Management Programs

Caminar is a leading behavioral health organization dedicated to supporting youth and adults in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area. The Executive Director of Residential and Case Management programs reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and focuses on ensuring high-quality care, financial stability, and compliance with funder and contractual obligations. This hybrid role requires in-office 3 days/week and onsite work in San Mateo County and Solano County.

Requirements

• Must be passionate about Caminar’s mission.
• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC preferred).
• Minimum of five years demonstrated experience in program management and staff supervision (3 years with SMI service experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of CARF and/or Joint Commission standards.
• Experience with MediCal documentation and billing requirements.
• Experience developing and managing operating budgets.
• Experience using clinical KPIs and implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, and ability to manage time and work with multiple tasks.
