Job Description
Caminar is seeking a Case Manager Clinical to provide clinical and rehabilitation services to adults with psychiatric disabilities in Solano County, California. The role involves providing case management, facilitating treatment plans, assisting with health maintenance, and coordinating client needs with other service providers. Caminar prioritizes a compassionate and equitable environment.
Requirements
- MA/MS in mental health/social work or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Windows environment)
- Experience with Human Service Information Systems (preferred)
- Problem-solving and customer service skills
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
- Physical ability to perform light physical work (push/pull, lifting/carrying)
- Must meet background check and obtain driver's license/insurance
