Learner Success Coach is responsible for maximizing retention and ensuring apprentice progress to target by monitoring learner progress, conducting routine progress reviews, and providing coaching support sessions.
Requirements
- Teaching, coaching or mentoring experience in a relevant industry
- Experience within Apprenticeships or relevant industry experience
- Experience in or understanding of the tech space
- Attention to detail
- Solutions focussed problem solver
- Passion for learner support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Excel, MI reporting tools & learner LMS systems
