Outreach Worker, Youth Enrichment Services (YES) (BIVO)

The Outreach Worker will facilitate structured sessions, provide workshops, and mentorship activities to engage school-aged youth in positive youth development and violence prevention. The worker will also work closely with safety staff, detect and mediate conflicts, and provide safe passage for students.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
• Two years of applicable experience
• Relevant experience in a mid-sized organization
• Good written & verbal communication
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills
