Coach

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking passionate Fitness Coaches to lead up to 36 members through dynamic, science-backed workout sessions. The role involves delivering high-energy, engaging classes, ensuring safety, and maintaining class attendance. Coaches will leverage core skills like motivation and adjustments.

Requirements

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, NFPT, NPTI, etc.)
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• 1+ years of experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be physically capable of demonstrating exercises and lifting up to 40 lbs
