COACH

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a COACH to deliver scientifically-designed workouts to 36 members per session. This role involves leading and motivating clients in a group setting, optimizing performance through a well-rounded theory of fitness, and creating a positive experience. The position focuses on endurance, strength, and power training, using equipment like Bosu balls and dumbbells.

Requirements

• Responsible for executing positive, high-energy OTF training sessions
• Organization and cleanliness of the training floor
• Marketing OTF training services
• Building attendance and retaining clients
• Safety of participants during exercise
• Must have current CPR/AED certification
• Experience in training clients through functional training techniques
• Current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company
