Job Description
Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home, a 125-year veteran of palliative care, in New York City, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Wound Care Nurse. The hospital offers a full spectrum of palliative services and is known for its compassionate, non-abandonment philosophy. The role involves providing direct and rehabilitative care to patients with gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary conditions.
Requirements
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License/Registration
- Current certifications in Wound and Ostomy Nursing
- Membership in Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing Society
- Minimum of two years Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional Nursing, with a Baccalaureate Degree required
- Graduate of a WOCN accredited WOC Nursing Education Program.
