Registered Nurse - Night Shift - (7PM - 7:15A) - Full-Time/Part-Time
Requires a current NY State RN license/permit and BLS certification from AHA. An Associate's degree is preferred, and a BSN is ideal
At Home Hospice Nurse (Brooklyn/Queens/Nassau County)
BSN (preferred) and 2+ yrs experience in nursing, including hospice/hospice experience is needed. NY license is required. Current NY State RN license is also important
Hospice Medical Social Worker (Westchester)
MSW from accredited school + 1 yr Hospice exp preferred. NY license req. Good comms skills needed. Covid-19 vaccination encouraged
Wound Care Nurse (OR Nurse Practitioner)
NY RN License/Registration req. WOCN or WOC Certification cert. 2+ yrs medical/surg experience & graduate of accredited nursing program
Hospice Medical Social Worker (Bronx)
MSW & 1 yr experience in social work. NY driver's license & experience in Home Care or Hospice preferred. LMSW/LCSW eligible
Pharmacist, Palliative Care
NY state pharmacy license required. 2 years of residency/fellowship preferred. Relevant CA certificate (e.g. Board Certification) a plus
Admission RN (Westchester)
Current nursing license, 2 years acute care experience, RN BSN preferred
Director, Hospice Patient Experience (Social Worker)
A degree in Social Work and License Masters Social Work Required, LCSW preferred, experience working community Hospice, and proficiency in clinical counseling techniques and case management practices
Administrator of Admissions, Outreach & Intake
Master's in Nursing, NYE/CNA license, 5-15 years management exp. 3-5 years as admin/VP preferred. Excellent communication skills & knowledge of quality/utilization review are key
I.V. Therapy Nurse
Bachelor’s degree in nursing & NY registration. Experience with IV therapy & venipuncture needed. Must have a current NY state RN license
