Job Description
Calvary Hospital is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Employee Health to champion a thriving, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. The role involves coordinating and delivering care in the Employee Health Services Department, providing urgent care and serving as a certified Nurse Practitioner, and overseeing emergency management. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, compliance, and staff development.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse and Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree by the New York State Board of Nursing
- Five years Medical/Surgical experience
- Current certification as an Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S) preferred or in progress
- Current certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology preferred or in progress
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Critical thinking skills
- Clinical competency as a Nurse Practitioner
