Callminer is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive successful sales outcomes by partnering with Sales Directors, understanding Prospect needs, designing and delivering solution strategies, and guiding prospective Customers through the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate thrives on product mastery, curiosity, and adaptability, blending business consulting skills with hands-on technical fluency to deliver value that wins complex enterprise deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in software pre-sales, solutions consulting, business consulting, AI-driven automation, or analytics
- Strong business consultative skills, ability to adapt and pivot during live Customer engagements
- Solid technical acumen, knowledge of generative AI technologies, and ability to configure and present AI-driven capabilities
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Skilled at building and managing proof-of-concepts, analyzing Prospect data, and developing ROI models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic query languages, Boolean search operators, and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field; equivalent experience considered
