CAI Software is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support our growing team in Bangalore. The role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and clear communication to provide technical support and maintain high standards of reliability and organization.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11; familiarity with macOS is a plus.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience managing IT assets and inventory.
- Familiarity with Azure AD or AWS is a plus.
- Awareness of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Calm, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-focused.
- Ability to think independently and complete tasks without repeated instruction.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within an international team.
