Beverage Manager

At Caesars Entertainment, Inc., we are looking for a Beverage Manager to provide direct and general supervision to food and beverage team members, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and increase beverage revenues through research and menu adjustments.

Requirements

• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members
• Understand department objectives, standards, guidelines and budget
• Increase beverage revenues through research and menu adjustments
• Develop and implement department management plans
• Organize beverage operations for effective and efficient service
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and rules
• Create and maintain records, reports and other documentation
• Maintain the viability and integrity of all beverage operations
