Job Description
The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of beverage service, including inventory control, ensuring proper pours, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This role ensures that all service provided meets or exceeds member expectations by consistently applying the 3-steps of service.
Requirements
- A college degree in the Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role such as Lead Server, Supervisor, Captain, Maitre d', or similar position in a club, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the wine industry.
- Achieved and maintained at least a Level 1 Sommelier Certificate (CMS1).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and certification renewal.
