Byrider is seeking a Franchise Consultant to partner with independent franchisees, driving operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth. This hands-on role involves analyzing financial and operational data, conducting site visits, providing training, and collaborating with corporate teams. The successful candidate will influence multiple dealerships and contribute to a growing franchise system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive retail, BHPH, or consumer finance
• Demonstrated success at improving financial or operational performance in a dealership environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent operational experience)
