Job Description
The Human Resource Officer I is responsible for supporting the Commission’s learning and development function to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes that strengthen regulatory compliance, staff capability, and overall organisational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years in a training coordination, HR support, or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training platforms
- Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools
- Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Awareness of regulatory compliance and professional development standards
- HR or L&D certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, ATD, CIPD)
