Job Description
The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission is seeking a Liaison Officer, Strategic Initiatives to join its operations Division in the Registry of Corporate Affairs.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Beneficial Ownership Unit and Registered Agents.
- Provide guidance to Agents on beneficial ownership filing requirements, compliance obligations, system usage, and process expectations.
- Manage and respond to queries through the Commission’s ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk) ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate Agent interactions to ensure adherence to service standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationship management protocols and feedback mechanisms for stakeholder engagement.
- Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions with Agents.
- Prepare written reports on trends, recurring issues, and Agent feedback, with recommendations for operational improvements.
- Draft, update, and circulate communication materials, including circulars, notices, FAQs, and website content, in collaboration with External Relations.
- Support the continuous improvement of internal procedures that enhance Agent engagement, satisfaction, and compliance outcomes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
